Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations within 12–24 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup are non-refundable. For special events (weddings, proms, etc.), a 72-hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund.

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance for standard rides. For special events, weddings, or large group transportation, we suggest booking 1–2 weeks ahead to guarantee vehicle availability. Last-minute bookings are accepted based on availability.

Yes! You can modify your pickup time, location, or vehicle up to 4 hours before your scheduled ride at no extra charge, subject to availability. Changes within 4 hours may incur a modification fee. Contact us directly to make any changes.

For airport arrivals, your chauffeur will monitor your flight in real time. Once you land, they will be waiting in the designated meet & greet area (inside the terminal) holding a sign with your name. For Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, we meet at the Ground Transportation area on the lower level.

No need to worry — we track all incoming flights automatically. Your driver will adjust their arrival time based on your updated flight status at no additional charge. There is a complimentary 45-minute wait time included for all airport pickups after your flight lands.

Yes! We service Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK), Fulton County Airport (FTY), and Cobb County International Airport (RYY). We also provide transportation to and from airports in surrounding states upon request.

Luggage allowance depends on the vehicle. Sedans accommodate 2 standard suitcases + 2 carry-ons. SUVs handle 4 large suitcases + 4 carry-ons. Sprinter vans and party buses can handle significantly more. If you have oversized or excess luggage, please note it during booking so we can assign the right vehicle.

Yes, child safety seats are available upon request at no additional charge. Please specify the age and weight of your child when booking so we can provide the appropriate seat (infant, convertible, or booster). We recommend requesting seats at least 24 hours in advance.

Small pets in an approved carrier are welcome in most of our vehicles. Please notify us at the time of booking. A pet cleaning fee of $25 may apply. Large animals or pets without carriers are not permitted to ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay. Corporate accounts can be set up for invoiced billing. Cash payments are not accepted.

No hidden fees — ever. Your quoted price includes the base fare, fuel surcharge, and standard gratuity. Tolls, parking fees, and any requested wait time beyond the complimentary window are itemized and disclosed upfront before you confirm your booking.

A standard 20% gratuity is included in all bookings. If your chauffeur provided exceptional service, additional gratuity is always appreciated but never required. You can add extra gratuity directly through the app or by cash at the end of your ride.
